First Tech CU shuts me down

Man, I was on a solid streak of no bank shutdowns, but alas, everything comes to an end. I went to log into my First Tech Federal Credit Union account this past weekend and got this:

So what happened? I’ve had this account for 7 years now and had survived many shutdown waves over the years. The account was dormant for the past few years, but I fired it up back around July 2022 and sending about 9K-15K to it almost daily. This lasted about a month before it dropped down to $7.5K daily. Then a month later, about $5K daily. I stopped that around mid December. After that, it dropped down to about $5K a week. And by February, I had stopped altogether. I drained most of the money by using it to pay my credit cards; I think one time I did an ACH out to a brokerage. I’m guessing some time at the end of March or early April, they looked at the account and didn’t like the shenanigans and decided to axe me. It was a good run with that bank.
