It’s been a roller coaster ride with Dell. First they banned me from placing online orders but allowed me to place phone orders. Then after that, they told me on the phone that I was banned from placing any orders. Oddly, they still let me place chat orders even after telling me that. Well for shits and giggles, I tried to place an online order over the weekend and it actually shipped!
So yeah, if you’re “banned,” try placing an online order for shits and giggles.
