Introduction
We arrived in Sydney a bit early from Auckland for our next flight -Etihad A380 First Apartments to Abu Dhabi. I believe the lounge only opens up 3 hours before the departure time. The lounge is for both First and Business class customers. There didn’t seem to be a separate section for First class customers. We had stopped in the AMEX Centurion lounge first to see what that was like, but we didn’t eat there just because I knew this lounge would be better.
We also didn’t eat or drink much in this lounge since we wanted to save our stomachs for the food on the plane. You did have a waiter that came by to ask you what you wanted, who also would refill your champagne. My wife and I tried the scallops, which were delicious. The waiter then poured us some Arabic coffee, which was also pretty good. I’ll let you look at the photos and see for yourself.
