For months, every day, I’d get a phone call and voicemail around 5:00PM PT from a loan department approving me for a loan. This was just ANNOYING because even if you block and report it as spam, they would just use a different phone number the next day. Eventually I found this Reddit post. The TLDR is – file a BBB claim against “Better Debt Solutions LLC in Irvine, CA.” I wrote in my complaint that they spam call me daily and I want it to stop. After a few days, I got an email from BBB asking for evidence. I sent them a screenshot of the voicemail logs of the different phone numbers. Then about a month after that, all of a sudden, it just stopped. My last call/voicemail was on 5/19. It’s been so nice ever since.
I had filed the complaint on 4/13. I followed up with the evidence on 4/17. I was getting them daily until 5/11 and it went dark (or I may have deleted some) until 5/19, which was the last. I need to do this on my secondary phone number soon because that gets 2-3 a day.
