6/18/26 – I’ve emailed out to folks who filled in the order confirmation form to cancel any backordered/unshipped dimes.
A few things before we get started.
- My buyers did make a move on last week’s gold coin; however, it was a very small allocation due to the $ value of the coin so that’s why there was no blog post. It also sold out in under 2 minutes which is WILD.
- I’ve learned my lesson with the 1/10 gold coin and going back to RSVP forms.
There is a mercury dime coin dropping on Thursday 6/4/26. I don’t know how much the coin will cost (maybe around $900) nor do I know the payout yet (guessing it will be $25-$50 but this is just a guess. When I have the final number, I’ll update it here.
Seems cost of coin is $810 and final payout will be $850. After this post went out, the MINT added 10K more mintage and so that’s why the price isn’t as strong as I was hoping
I just wanted to get this blog post out so that you’re aware my buyers are interested. If you want to wait for the best pricing, then DON’T LOCK IN. Only lock in if you’re okay with at least $25. Don’t lock in now and then change your mind because Pinehurst beats my price an hour after the drop.

If you RSVP’ed and bought the dime and forgot to RSVP for silver sets in time, I’ll manually add you to the silver sets RSVP.
What is your email id to contact you regarding label for the Mercury Dime deal? Or is this comment sufficient?

Vinh’s past offerings have been in the ballpark (or exceeded other buyers) in the past.
I don’t feel he’s a low-baller – not to the low-balling antics of PFS.
It’s all just business – for him, other buyers, and us.
I’m just glad to know that Vinh offers us another potential outlet.
Do you know when these are expected to ship? I’m wondering if these are available immediately or if the Mint will defer on the shipping date.

The Venn diagram between coin collectors and soccer is very very small. Not to mention the 100K mintage.
The world is very big and soccer is very popular even amongst the elderly who are the coin collectors.

I highly doubt that Pinehurst will outbid you – they are low payers AND they make you pay for shipping. PFS Buyers Club is also a low ball payer (but they do cover insured shipping).
Your past deals have been competitive with some of my best buyers so you’re good!
I’ll be for sure watching over the next few days to see where the market goes on this…there is a LOT of interest from coin collector community with this release – they really do love the 250 year anniversary drops the Mint is putting out.
Interesting, the usual “low ball payer” PFS just announced they’re paying $40.05 commision. The plot thickens…
I just had one buyer reach out, offering $100 over cost.
My other go-to buyer (the one I sold last weeks Gold coin) is NOT buying this release.
Looking forward to see what Vinh is going to offer… We’re 90+ minutes away!

If I had, I would have stayed regardless…as you have been fair to us in the past.
I will have to go with my other buyer for now…as they locked in at $100 each and this was an easy buy (granted it was touch and go there 10 mins prior with the waiting rooms and lock-outs).
Now I need to go create other accounts and find more relatives/friends addresses before this sells out!
