Netflix cracks down on Turkish accounts

It’s no secret that companies like Netflix charges different prices for different countries. For a while you could “move” to Argentina and pay just a few dollars a month for the highest Netflix tier. Eventually they cracked down on that and required an Argentinian credit card. Then people “moved” to Turkey, which was about ~$5 a month. Anyway, it seems over the weekend, Netflix shut everyone down who “moved” to Turkey. Think it’s safe to say you’ll only be able to use Netflix in your actual country now.

Now just because Netflix cracked down on this, it doesn’t mean other services have.
