I realize Bed Bath & Beyond has been on the brink of bankruptcy for a while now, but have you been in a store lately? I was in one a few weeks ago and the shelves looked only half full. Even their web site seems to not be replenishing new inventory; just look at the Amazon items. I was even looking on Buybuybaby for a gift about a week ago, and at the time, they carried this one Kyte baby item in only one size. I checked again a few days later and the brand is no longer carried on the site. This would mean that suppliers are no longer shipping them new stuff since they’re worried they won’t be paid. Oddly, the Buybuybaby physical store I went to seemed fully stocked and was quite busy.
Either way, the end is near. Redeem your gift cards before you’re stuck with Sharper Image stuff or worst case, you can no longer use them at all.
