MINT Eagle S coin deal on Thursday 8/12

Another day, another MINT coin deal.

American Eagle 2021 One Ounce Silver Proof S mint

Cost will be $73 per coin with a limit of 3 per household. Add $5 budget shipping = $224 all in from the MINT

My buyer will pay you $125 all in per coin (+$52 per coin) so for 3 coins, you’d be paid $375 for a total profit of $151 per 3 coin order . He’s also covering the insured shipping to him.

EDIT – Buyer has moved up to $128 all in per coin, so $384 for an order of 3
8/13 EDIT – Seems all of these coins say BACKORDERED to OCTOBER. For now, just keep your order. If they don’t ship in 2 weeks, I’ll ask my buyer what he wants to do

10/6 UPDATE – PLEASE CANCEL ALL BACKORDERED COINS. IT’S BEEN 2 MONTHS AND MY BUYER IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING THE COINS

FYI, these preorder coins are currently going for $150 on ebay shipped. Once you factor in fees and shipping and RISK, for me personally, I’d rather take the $125. Also if you look at the West Point ones we bought a few weeks ago, the market dipped on them and they’re only going for $110-$125 on Ebay so selling it to my buyer was the move. I heard the S also has weaker demand than the W.

Lock in deal

After purchasing the coin

  1. Fill in this form
  2. Forward your US Mint order confirmation (wait for the 2nd one that is the ORDER CONFIRMATION and not just ORDER RECEIVED) to coinsperday@gmail.com. Please don’t expect a confirmation reply to the email.

If you’ve done the 2 steps, then you’re locked in.

You will have 48 hours to forward me the order confirmations to lock in the sale. After that period, you’ll have to email me to see if my buyer is still buying.

Shipping label request form once coins IN HAND

DO NOT OPEN THE BOX when it arrives. It should come in a plain brown box from UPS or USPS with from label MEMPHIS, TN. If you bought multiple coins, you can check the tracking to know which coin is which.

Fill out this form when in hand.

You will get an email from FEDEX going to FULFILLMENT CENTER in AZ. These labels are created in a batch once a day. These usually go out in the afternoon PST on business days, so if you missed the cutoff, you’ll get it the next business day.

Coin dropoffs

You can then drop off the coins at FEDEX. MAKE SURE YOU GET A DROPOFF RECEIPT THAT SHOWS WEIGHT. DO NOT HAND IT TO A RANDOM DRIVER! Keep this receipt until you get paid.

Payment

When the coins get delivered, an electronic check will be emailed to you within 4-5 business days (due to the amount of coin deals lately, it’s taking longer to open and process the number of boxes.) Please check your spam folder, especially if you have Hotmail/Outlook.

  1. Hi Vinh,

Just wanted to ask if you have been able to process shipping label requests for this coin set from Friday yet. Trying to make sure I didn’t delete any emails by accident. Thanks

    Sam

    1. Hello again. I just got a FedEx label but wanted to confirm it’s from you please. Is the package going to fulfillment center in AZ? Thanks again

      1. Also, please note that the Fedex label indicates a weight of 0.60 lbs, but the US Mint USPS label indicates 0.7 lbs while my scale indicates .7125 lbs.

  2. FYI I received shipping notification from the Mint for this order. However, I got my order in at exactly noon, so may not apply to everyone.

  3. How do you deposit electronic check? Is it the same as when you take a picture of the physical check, but upload a picture of the electronic one instead?

    1. Where are you seeing that ship date? My order is showing processing still, not backordered like most (but I got my order through at exactly noon).

      1. Same here. I kept trying and trying maybe 10 times with coins in the cart, then the order finally went through at about 9:05am.

Mine also has ship date of October 14.

  4. Yesterday I got an email saying my 1/2 ounce gold coin would be canceled if I didn’t get in touch within 48 hours. They gave a phone number, but every time I try it I get a voice recording, then a busy signal. I’ve already emailed them. Any advice?

      1. Resolved. Got through by calling them and pressing 1 to make a purchase. Hold time of 3 1/2 hours whether you wait through the music or request a callback. The representative said it was an address hold and a credit card hold (no idea why either was an issue). Took 3 minutes to resolve by saying that the info I supplied was accurate. Shortly after, I received an email from the Mint saying my order would be “fulfilled as scheduled.”
If anyone else needs to call in, they’re open 8 am – 12 am EST. Also, the rep confirmed that you can’t change your method of shipping or the credit card you want to use once an order is placed. This is relevant given the news about USPS taking more orders.

  5. I’ve bought coins and sold them to other buyer’s clubs. I will try the offer on this page this time around.

      1. Are the shipping labels insured?

I’m new to this, how can I be sure I’m covered when I ship out? Is there anything I can do to ensure this isn’t a scam. Just want to be cautious, thank you!

  6. When we ship the coin, should we put the box from the mint in a bigger outside box? I have lots of spare boxes and can keep it under one pound.

    1. If it’s a single box, you can just slap new label on it. If you bought multiple, you can put into a bigger box.

  7. Is there a limit as to how many coins your buyer is accepting? If so, how would we know if made the cutoff to be locked in? Thanks.

    1. I’m new here, do you have a newsletter I can sign up for?

I’m going to take advantage of this and look forward to continuing business.

      Thanks!

  8. Just want to check if you can offer UPS label since it’s a really far way to travel to a FEDEX location. Thanks!

    1. have you checked the fedex locator? It doesn’t have to be fedex office – all Walgreens locations for instance will take your package and give you a receipt. that’s where I go.

      1. The only problem with WAG is they don’t weigh your box so if there is a discrepancy between drop-off weight and received weight, then there’s no way in knowing dropoff weight (fedex tracking weight isn’t 100% reliable either.)
