So you bought yesterday’s coin, here’s next steps

EDIT – 3/31 forms are closed. If you forwarded an order confirmation to me on the day or oder, send me an email.

Congrats to folks who bought yesterday’s coins. It seems the Mint has already started to ship out some coins, so here are the next steps.

  1. DO NOT OPEN THE BOX when it arrives. It should come in a plain brown box from UPS with from label MEMPHIS, TN
  2. If you ordered the 4 piece proof set, please fill out this form for a label.
  3. If you ordered the 1/10 ounce coin, please fill out this form for a label.
  4. THESE ARE GOING TO DIFFERENT PLACES, SO PLEASE DON’T GET THE LABELS MIXED UP. Refer to your order email and match up the tracking numbers to figure out which package is which.

You will then be emailed either a Fedex or UPS label (for the 4 piece set) or a Fedex shipping label (for the 1/10 ounce.) Please do not fill out the form until you have the coins in hand since the label does expire after 7 days. You can then drop off at UPS or Fedex. Make sure you get a dropoff receipt and hold it! DO NOT HAND IT TO A RANDOM DRIVER!

When the coins get delivered, an electronic check will be emailed to you within a week (takes time to open and process.) If you have any questions, send me an email.

  1. My forwarded order was rec’d by Buyer 3/26 (13 days) according to Fedex, but still no payment…any way to follow-up?

    Thx!

    1. It takes up to a week. If it’s been over that, send me an email and I’ll ask the buyer what’s going on.

  2. Did not see my label until today, was in my spam. Okay to still send my 4 pc set to the 1 pc buyer you told me?

  3. The 4 piece proof set label says, “maximum for items of extraordinary value is $1,000.” Is there a way to purchase additional insurance?

  4. Submitted my form a few days ago but haven’t gotten a label yet, just want to make sure I didn’t miss it somehow

      1. Got one shipping label in my email but have not seen the other. Also, is there a way to differentiate between the two shipping labels? Thanks.

    1. If you bought just 1, DO NOT OPEN original MINT box and just slap a new label over existing one. If you bought multiples of the SAME coin, you can put them both into a new bigger box and then ship out.
