I seem to be one of the few people who still have this card. I mostly still have it because I still have 300K CNB points and I’ve been slowly trying to drain it down before I close the card. Anyway, 2022 was winding down and I still had the $350 of travel credit left to use up. I then made some Jetblue seat upgrades on 12/16 for about $140. After a week (which was how fast they USED TO post the credits,) I got worried and then did $300 of United travel bank because I had heard that was working too.
My statement then closed on January 12th. I was thinking I’d see the credits shortly after the statement closed, but that didn’t happen. Then come February 8th, I got all the credits.
You can see the 3 Jetblue credits. The $166 was the remainder of the $350 annual credits. Oddly, all the credits arrived on February 8 even though the purchases were on different days in December (10 days apart even.) That means it’s not “4 weeks or X days after purchase date,” but it seems to be “4 weeks after your statement closes.” Either way, the lesson learned here is that it can take up to 2 months to see your CNB travel credits.
