I realize I’m super late to this news, but I have a lot of Uber credit each month and I was just eating it all away for the past year+. Then one day, my wife was browsing UE and realized they have a RETAIL tab and saw BBB on there. Turns out this was enabled back on November 1, 2021.
I tried it back during when Seatle had our snow storm and after 3 tries of waiting an hour each, all 3 orders were cancelled. I called a few stores to ask if they knew how to do an UE order and no one knew – they said they knew how to do Doordash but not UE. My wife and I then went to have lunch in a different area of town and tried a store around there and it worked out just fine. I forgot to ask the driver if he had to go in to actually shop for the item or did the store already have it ready to go. So if it doesn’t work for you, maybe try a different BBB store.
Instead of eating my monthly credit away, I can buy stuff for the house. And even better, they have a promo going on now for $25 off $75.
