I thought my 1st buyer had an unlimited capacity but I was told at noon PT to shut it down. If you already locked in using the first form, then you do not need to re-lock in again using this form. Please don’t comment or email asking if you were locked in and at what price. If the first form was open and you submitted it, you locked in at $400. If it was full and you had to lock in at $360, then you locked in at $360.

You will have until end of day to forward me the order confirmations to lock in the sale. If you did not do those 2 steps by end of day, I may or may not still take them (you can email me to ask)
Shipping label request form once coins IN HAND
DO NOT OPEN THE BOX when it arrives. It should come in a plain brown box from UPS or USPS with from label MEMPHIS, TN. If you bought multiple coins, you can check the tracking to know which coin is which.
If you locked in at $400, use this label request
If you locked in at $360 or $300, use this label request.
These labels are created in a batch once a day. These usually go out in the afternoon PST on business days, so if you missed the cutoff, you’ll get it the next business day.
Coin dropoffs
You can then drop off the coins. MAKE SURE YOU GET A DROPOFF RECEIPT THAT SHOWS WEIGHT. DO NOT HAND IT TO A RANDOM DRIVER! Keep this receipt until you get paid.

Payment
When the coins get delivered, an electronic check will be emailed to you within 3-4 business days. Please check your spam folder, especially if you have Hotmail/Outlook.
This might be a dumb question, but how do we deposit an e-check? It prints out as a full page document. Do we cut it out to deposit at an ATM? Thanks!
I took mine inside the bank and endorsed it in front of the teller. She was confused about it as well, but accepted it after making sure the routing number checked out.
I used mobile deposit. Took a photo of the front and back of it; it recognized the routing/account numbers from the photo I took and it deposited to my Chase account. The check cleared the next day.

My order is now shipping, BUT I see you have taken down the original link to fill the label request form out “once in hand”.
I had even saved that link to be ready and safe, but it is only saying PLACE HOLDER. I would like to know how to contact that buyer I locked in with, for a label.

Wahoo, the coins finally arrived and I ordered my shipping label. This one seemed to drag on forever from the mint- one step closer to pay day 🙂 .
Just got the $400 echeck. I followed the instructions to the T and only interacted through the google form… well except the 2nd one, I asked for the shipping label a day early so I could get it shipped out the same day it arrived.
Just sharing my timeline now that I’ve gotten my eCheck email, as I was wondering about the timeline.
UPS Delivered my $400 lock-in coin Wednesday evening, and I received my eCheck shortly after midnight Monday morning. No other emails were sent (ie: “We received your order”) which is fine but I was wondering that, so others may be wondering as well.
Just wondering, what’s the subject line for the check? I get a lot of emails sent to spam automatically, and worried I’ll accidentally delete it thinking it’s spam haha

I took one of the order to Fedex and the QR code would not scan. We tried the “print label yourself” link but it shows the label has already been printed (it hasn’t) and can’t be reprinted. The Fedex rep suspect it’s a glitch in their system but has asked me to generate a new label. She assures me you won’t be charged again for shipping. I assume there is nothing in your process that will trap and reject a duplicate shipping label request, true?
