Essentially, you just need to know that you can buy 4 phones and get 2 of those free, including the free VR headsets as well as the Netflix. This deal probably won’t last long, so I’d visit your store, call 611, or do this online ASAP!
How does this offer work?
Buy a Samsung Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge from a participating T-Mobile location and get a second Samsung Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge of equal or lesser value free (up to a $779 value) via rebate on a Prepaid MasterCard® card. Existing customers must also add a line to your account, one of your two new Galaxy S7s must be on this new line. OAC. For well qualified customers.
Who is eligible for this ’Buy One, Get One Free’ offer? What are the requirements at the time of purchase?
New and existing customers are eligible. During the promotion period you must:
- Purchase 2 eligible devices on Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) on a single account; credit check required.
- New customers must open a new account and existing customers must add a line to existing account
- One of the 2 Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge devices must be on this new line of service
- Pay all taxes and applicable down payments at time of purchase
- Keep your account in good standing, including paying the monthly EIP balance for both phones
- If you cancel wireless service, remaining EIP balance on phone becomes due

How do I redeem the ‘Buy One, Get One’ (BOGO) offer?
Submit your rebate redemption at www.t-mobile.com/promotions. You will need the following information to complete the rebate submission:
- T-Mobile phone number
- Promotion Code (GS7BOGO)
- Your T-Mobile account PIN (default is the last 4 digits of your SSN)
Then, within 30 days of the purchase of your second phone, submit your rebate redemption at www.t-mobile.com/promotions. You will receive your rebate as a Prepaid MasterCard® card in the mail within 8 weeks of this submission.

I already got the Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge with JUMP! On Demand. Can I get one free?
An Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) is required for this ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ (BOGO) offer. Customers who who already got their Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 edge with JUMP! On Demand enjoy many benefits including the most flexibility to upgrade whenever they want at no additional cost. JUMP! On Demand customers looking to purchase with the BOGO offer will need to end their JUMP! On Demand plan and purchase using EIP, and ensure that they still meet all other eligibility criteria.
Why can’t I get one free with JUMP! On Demand?
JUMP! On Demand is a program designed for customers who value flexibility over ownership. Unlike with Equipment Installment Plans, customers who choose JUMP! On Demand get tremendous value in that they are able to upgrade to a new phone whenever they choose. Hmm, I wonder if they would apply the same soft check if you’re an existing Tmobile customer with an account in good standing. I know last year when I was considering a similar online Costco+Tmobile deal, Tmobile told me directly that I wouldn’t incur a hard inquiry because I was an existing customer with good standing.
I can see this being worthwhile for some, but given the adding a line requirement (SD reporting Tmobile giving push back if they think you’re just churning the line) and possible hard inquiry, I’ll pass.
Usually additional lines are much cheaper, and I had never heard of a SP or HP for existing customers. The deal works out better if you are an existing customer or wanted to switch anyway. Doesn’t really work if you were planning on doing it just for the phones.
