We were back in full force in month 4. However, it’s nowhere as good as month 2 due to how slow a certain vendor takes to ship and post the charges. Man I miss the Simon $1K cards. If that was still a viable avenue, I’d be done in 6 months. Granted I could go the booze route, but I don’t want the 3% fees (although I may revisit this down the line.) I need to think about what MS avenues that don’t have a high opportunity cost. For instance, it doesn’t make sense for me to run the cards at grocery since there are 3.75%-4.5% cards out there at grocery. I mean, I could probably do the gccom route… I wish Vanillagift hadn’t banned me. Damn…hmmmmmm

I just wondered if you’d looked into the benefits of JGC 5*?
You mentioned you were planning to get to JGC 3* on p1 and p2, but it might make more sense to go for 5* on just p2, which I believe then gives OW emerald for your whole family.
It’s a confusing program, so it’s also possible I have misunderstood this part too!
I didn’t know that was even an option, but I’m also not sure if it’s worth the extra spend on the card to achieve that, assuming your family should get the benefits when flying with you.
