Went to my local Safeway today and the cashier told me the Incomm rep came in yesterday and removed all the $5.95 VGC and replaced them all with $7.95 ones. The store still had some $5.95 ones and they seemed to still activate. Not sure if they’ll deactivate them or just let them sell out (my guess is the later.) I also stopped by Walgreens and saw the $7.95 ones as well, so I’m sure this will spread to all Incomm stores.
These incomm are pathward issued. 7.95 fees. The ones issued by Sutton which works in Wally are 8.95 fees .Atrocious
