I had gotten my wife the USBank Altitude Reserve card back in January. It was a paltry $5K credit limit. I remember when I’d put say $4K on it and then paid it off with my bank, it would take over a week for the credit line to reset. Around month 8 or 9, I requested a CL increase and it bumped from $5K to $10K. Then the other day when I paid off my balance, the credit limit reset the next day. So I’m unsure if it’s clearing faster because of the tenure (9 months now) or if it has to do with the increase in credit (don’t think this is it since I’m still charging up to nearly the credit line before paying it off. So the lesson learned here is that it may take you 9 months before your credit line will reset faster.
