Stores like Safeway are now selling these gift cards that you can redeem into an assortment of other brands. I had bought some in the past and redeemed them just fine. This past Saturday night, I had redeemed 4 of them and I never got an order confirmation nor the gift card. Now when I try to redeem one of them already, they’ve already been used. Naturally I didn’t record the order number just because I’d assume shit would just work. Now when I try to click on ‘can’t find order number’ and enter my email, I get this error. UGH this is gonna be a pain in the ass to call up Incomm to resolve this issue.
You know how banks sometimes go down for maintenance on Saturday nights? I’m assuming that happened here too? I’m not sure. Either way, going forward, record your email and order number and only close the tab when the gift card has been delivered.
Addendum – I was able to call them up and they re-sent me the gift card emails. Pretty quick and painless. Just make sure you remember the email and the last 4 of the cards you redeemed.
