Still bitter from being rejected for their 2% Mastercard and wondering if I was banned for life, for shits and giggles, I went ahead and applied for their Paypal Mastercard since I hear you can do some shenanigans with the card. I’m pretty sure I’ve had the card before (not sure if Synchrony issued it at the time) and I was subsequently shut down (not sure because of the card or Paypal account but that PP has since been axed.) Anyway, P2 applied through her Paypal account and got a $15K CL. I applied through my Paypal account that while it had my name, is not where I live because you know, and on the application, I was able to put in my correct address and was subsequently approved. I’m guessing you’ll need at least a name match on the Paypal account.
