I think people are aware of the 3 vanilla VGC velocity limit that was implemented months ago. For a while though, I thought the velocity limit was relaxed because I had gone a few months w/o having any issues. However, a few weeks ago, in a span of 3-4 days, I got 4 locked cards. One of them I realized it was because the system (not sure if store or Vanilla) was trying to deduct the full amount of purchase versus autodraining. Luckily I was able to call up Incomm and they could see that the cards were locked and said they would Fedex me replacement cards. No need to upload pics of the cards or receipts.
