When I applied for a Comenity credit card back in November 2023, they sent me a snail mail saying I had to send them a copy of my driver’s license, front and back of my social security card and also proof of address (utility or bank statement.) At the time, you had to snail mail them back the paperwork. Well last week, I applied for my wife (cuz I needed more CL bandwidth) and it seems they finally decided to move into 2024. Now you can email them those items to an email address printed on the snail mail.
On the bright side, at least Comenity bans aren’t forever.
