Last month I wrote about how Comenity blocked my card because I didn’t clear a fraud alert on the phone with them. Eventually they mailed me a letter asking for a copy of the front/back of my driver’s license, my ssn card, and a utility bill. I then had to SNAIL MAIL it to their bank. About a week or two later, I called them up to ask if my card was good to go and the rep said YES. I then tested a charge the next day and it worked. I think a few days later, I got the letter in the mail saying it was good to go.
