Didn’t renew Gamestop PRO membership; points got wiped out

Chalk this one up to I wish I had known… anyway, I had a handful of Gamestop PRO accounts with a sum of at least 300K points saved up. My local Gamestop closed and I was too lazy to drive to the next closest Gamestop; plus the people there weren’t as cool as my closed store. I also stopped shopping online from them since the PS5s died. Anyway, I let my Gamestop PRO membership expire in late 2022. When I went to log into my account this weekend, I noticed I had 0 points. I emailed cs and this is what they said (bolding mine.)

I’m really sorry that your points are not available for you anymore. I was checking your account and found that your points are expired. The points expire after 3 months if you don’t have a pro account. If you have a pro account your points will be available for 12 months. These points cannot be reinstated.

Anyway, unlike every other site out there, Gamestop never emails you to warn you that your points are going to expire, so either renew your PRO membership, or better yet, redeem all your points before letting your membership expire.
