Clearly, you shold focus on the 4 proof set. ONLY PLACE 1 COIN PER ORDER, MEANING DON’T TRY TO BUY ALL 3 or 4 IN ONE ORDER OR EVEN TWO OF THEM. Buy the 4 proof set. Once you’ve done that, buy the 1/2 ounce coin. Once you’ve done that, move on to the 1/4 and then to the 1/10 ounce coin.

Insured labels are provided by my buyer. Just keep the dropoff receipt and don’t just hand over to a random driver.

Please use 1 form per label. Don’t combine orders. Labels are created in a batch once a day. If you miss the cutoff, you’ll get the label the next business day. I will email you this UPS label from my email address. You can then slap the new label over existing label and drop off (no need for another bigger box.)

ONLY FOR THE 1/10 OUNCE, If you bought multiple of them, you can combine the MINT boxes into 1 bigger outer box, else just slap over existing label if you only bought 1. DO NOT OPEN THE MINT BOX! You will get an email from FEDEX going to FULFILLMENT CENTER. Once again, these labels are created in a batch once a day. These usually go out in the afternoon PST on business days, so if you missed the cutoff, you’ll get it the next business day.
Coin dropoffs
You can then drop off the coins at either UPS or FEDEX. MAKE SURE YOU GET A DROPOFF RECEIPT THAT SHOWS WEIGHT. DO NOT HAND IT TO A RANDOM DRIVER! Keep this receipt until you get paid.

Payment
When the coins get delivered, an electronic check will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days (takes time to open and process.) Please check your spam folder, especially if you have Hotmail/Outlook.
Anyone else have a difficult time depositing the check? I printed mine out on regular printer paper like instructed and Chase wouldn’t take it initially. I had to talk to the manager who reluctantly agreed to take it but made me cut the excess part off and sign the back of check instead of the bottom part of the paper where it says to sign.
That’s the first I’ve heard. I mostly use mobile deposit or feed it into ATM.
I still haven’t gotten a label and submitted the form a couple of days ago.
Check your email again; I replied to your MINT order confirmation email the label.
UPDATE
Check cleared next business day without issue. Might just have to be firm with bank employees that it can be deposited like a normal check.
Sadly a family member opened the 4 piece box thinking it was for a different order while I was away.

Yesterday I received two coins and submitted the form twice for two labels, but haven’t received them yet. If you can send them today, I can drop the boxes off this afternoon.
I submitted the requests for labels for the 1/10th gold coin and the 4 coin set, but received only one label. Does it matter which one I ship back or do I ship them both together? The item description in the email from Fedex just says Collectibles

I noticed that the order number in the US Mint emails we received don’t match the order number sticker on the backside of the boxes coming in the mail. I could only match which was which coin by the tracking number on the front of the box. Is that normal?

I received the box today (4pc set), so went ahead and filled the form, for the shipping label. Am assuming I will receive the label today or tomorrow. Thanks for the opportunity to make some $$.
Anyway, What I noticed was, I did not receive a ‘copy’ of the Google form I filled out. Can you please make your Google forms such that submitters also receive a copy, for record keeping. And it is also easier to notice any mistakes/typos and have them corrected. Thanks.

How do you mobile deposit the eCheck? Do you print it out then scan it? Or you just take a picture directly from the computer monitor?
You can print it out and then point your camera at it or point your camera at your monitor. Whatever works for you.

Looks like my 4pc set I ordered just shipped! Vinh, two questions for you:
1) According to your instruction, you don’t want us to even open the outer brown shipping box, it this understanding correct?
2) If so, when we ship it to you, do we put the whole brown box as we received into yet anther box then put the printed shipping label you emailed on it; or just use the printed label to cover up the original label on the same brown box that was sent to us?

Also, it there a time limit that between we receive the package and we ship it to you (thinking if I receive it during the weekday, but wait until weekend to make the trip to UPS, would that be alright with you?)

too much YMMV on ship speeds. Usually ppl ship within 2-3 biz days once they get in hand. Try to not wait more than a week to ship out, else check with me.

I was able to get One-Quarter and One-Tenth coin and sent two different email but did not get confirmation (I was also able to get 4 coin set but unfortunately was locked in with pfs).
