Ebay won’t let you appeal cases when your account is suspended

Before my account was banned, I had a buyer complain a video game I sent her wasn’t working. I told her I’ll gladly take it back once she sends it back. I generated the return label on Ebay and waited for her to return it. She never did. Then yesterday, I got an email saying Ebay sided with her on the case. I then tried to appeal saying the item was never returned. Ebay’s response:

Hello Vinh,

Thank you for contacting us about the item xxxxxxxxxxx. I understand you want to appeal because you haven’t receive your item back. Allow me to check the details for you.

We’ve reviewed the details of your appeal. We’ve decided to maintain our original decision. This is because your account has been indefinitely suspended. We won’t be able to review any appeals on your behalf in the future.

I know this is not the respond your expecting to receive but I believe I have checked all the details and I hope you understand the decision.

F U EBAY! Just because I can’t sell anything anymore doesn’t mean buyers can just win every fucking case. I should be able to fight every existing case. Oh well.
