In the past, sometimes there will be a delivery delay on the tickets, and you’re not sure what type of tickets they will be – either PDF tickets or mobile only tickets that you could only transfer. Thus, when selling the tickets on Stubhub, you’d list them as PDF and when and if they are transferable from Ticketmaster, you’d have to contact Stuhub and have them change the delivery method. Well, as of 8/7/19, it seems you can change it yourself now. The memo:
Good news! We’re launching a new Delivery Method Change feature for your StubHub sales. Starting on 8/7/19, when you click the Report an Issue link, you’ll see an option to change your delivery method. This feature is launching in a limited beta mode for testing and will initially only be available for unfulfilled electronic (PDF) and mobile screenshot sales that you need to change to mobile transfer. After you request a change and click Submit, if you don’t see the change immediately, refresh the page to see your sale updated with the new delivery method. Your buyer will automatically be notified about the change and you’ll be able to see the name and email address to which you’ll need to transfer the tickets. Please note, if you need to change your delivery method from PDF or mobile screenshot to mobile transfer within 24 hours of an event, we ask that you contact us to make the change as per the current process. After testing delivery method changes to mobile transfer, we’ll look to add more options and features, including the ability to change to and from different delivery methods, and a bulk option for when you need to change the delivery method for multiple sales at once. We’ll communicate a timeline for additional features when one becomes available. In the meantime, we appreciate you testing this new feature and sending us your feedback. Please let us know as soon as possible if you encounter any errors or issues. If you have additional delivery method change options you’d like to see, contact Top Seller Support. |
