Yesterday, I went to my local Kroger’s and noticed 2 new packages on the pegs. See the 2 middle cards on the second row. They seem to be replacing the older style cards. Fees are still $5.95 per card and issued by US Bank. They also now use a new web site – www.prepaidgiftbalance.com
New BINs
The Mastercard had a BIN of 516578 and Visa MC has a BIN of 403015. Of course when new gift cards are released, you’ll want to run it through the gift card matrix.
