That’s odd Mark. Everyone I know who were locked are good to go now
We haven’t gotten the second bill yet so maybe that’s why. when she called they said that they had to make sure there were no returns before they would let it go through
My MR are still frozen as well. 🙁 Luckily I don’t have plans to transfer them anytime soon.
